How satisfied are people with 2016 Volkswagen models?

JD Power has just completed their 2016 Automotive Performance, Execution and Layout (APEAL) study. This great study helps determine how satisfied vehicle owners are with their new car, truck or crossover purchases. So how satisfied are people with 2016 Volkswagen models? Pretty satisfied. Volkswagen earned the highest scores of any non-premium brand.

“The J.D. Power APEAL Study is a great proof point of a brand’s appeal to new car buyers,” – Hinrich J. Woebcken, President and CEO, Volkswagen Group of America, Inc.

The APEAL Study judges vehicles based on 77 attributes. By the end of the study, more than 80,000 vehicle owners or lessees had been surveyed over the first 90 days driving their new car, truck or crossover.
